Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and jeetbbuzz.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jeetbbuzz platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using our services through the jeetbbuzz website, mobile version or any other medium, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our platform. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Declaration of Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the jeetbbuzz platform, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are a legal resident of Bangladesh, and that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with jeetbbuzz, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be a resident of Bangladesh.
  • Be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
  • Not be subject to any existing ban or restriction.

2.2 Account Rules

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Account access credentials must not be shared with anyone else. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetbbuzz reserves the right to verify your identity, age or payment information at any time. A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested for this verification process. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

jeetbbuzz currently supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if an identity verification process is ongoing.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must have wagered at least once an amount equal to the funds deposited into your account. Separate wagering conditions apply to bonus funds. jeetbbuzz reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if fraudulent activity or a breach of rules is suspected.

At the time of withdrawal, the name on your registered payment account must match the name on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳10,000 will earn a maximum ৳8,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A specific time limit applies to each bonus.
  • Bonus funds are calculated separately from cash funds.
  • Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
  • Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.
  • jeetbbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

jeetbbuzz has three VIP levels:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
  • Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week

You can advance to a higher VIP level through regular play and by maintaining trust in the platform. Detailed conditions for VIP level changes can be obtained from our support team.

5. Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbbuzz platform:

5.1 Technical Violations

  • Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.

5.2 Financial Offences

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Using third-party payment methods.
  • Committing fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

5.3 Social Violations

  • Harassing, intimidating or insulting other members.
  • Spreading false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to steal or use another member's account credentials.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account termination and all balances may be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jeetbbuzz platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text and other materials — is the intellectual property of jeetbbuzz or its licensors. No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed or modified without our prior written permission.

Game content is the property of various third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI and PG Soft, and is provided under their respective licences.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

9.2 Termination by the Platform

jeetbbuzz may suspend or permanently terminate your account in the following situations:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity or fraud is found.
  • If it is confirmed that the account was opened using a false identity or age.
  • Under the direction of a legal authority.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
